Kilgad Lakes and Fly Fishery is among the oldest fly fisheries in Ireland. Located just outside Kells, Ballymena alongside the Kells River. A beautiful and scenic spot where you can fish our rainbow trout surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The fishery is stocked with Rainbows, average 2lb-2lb 8oz and up to 18lb, brown trout to 4lb, golden trout to 3lb with fishery records: Rainbow 14lb 4oz.
